A few highlights include the excellent Mediterranean Sea, with its warm and clean waters, perfect for swimming. The food lacked proper labeling, raising allergy concerns, and the cocktails were disappointing in both strength and presentation. The presence of flies near the salad bar really detracted from the dining experience.

The free air conditioning kept the room cool during the scorching heat which helped everyone feel more comfortable. Proximity to the beach provided easy access for daily swimming and enjoying the sun.

Room cleaning, or lack thereof, left much to be desired-only done once in a week, leading to a noticeable buildup of dust and grime that might irritate some guests. The food quality was underwhelming, often served cold and lacking in variety, which could leave guests seeking alternative dining options.

The location was perfect, just steps from the beach! 🌊 the food was often cold and lacked labels, making meals a bit of a gamble.

Room cleanliness could use serious improvement!!! Expect much better management and complaint resolution practices!!! Messy dining spaces need meticulous cleaning!!! Poor food presentation makes dining experiences less enjoyable!!! Limited entertainment options should be addressed!!!

Comfortable room, convenient off-site parking, friendly staff, and easy access to nearby beaches made my stay enjoyable, especially with the outdoor dining area and 24-hour reception service.

The spacious lobby felt cute, with comfortable seating that allowed me to rest my feet after exploring Alanya. It was perfect.

More variety in meal options would be nice.

The hotel was conveniently located just a block away from the beach and with easy access to buses. The pool was nice and clean. We also enjoyed the variety of salads and veggies in the menu.

The music was too loud and not suitable for the age of the majority of guests. The protein selection was limited during our first night, but improved on consecutive nights.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, being so close to the beach. It made our vacation relaxing and enjoyable, as we could easily access the beach whenever we wanted. The staff were extremely pleasant and friendly, always ready to assist us with anything we needed. Their helpfulness added to our overall experience and made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The hotel provided excellent services such as room service, car hire, housekeeping, shops, laundry. We were impressed with the convenience and quality of these facilities.
